1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Alyando website and your purchases from it. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are shown in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

3. Shipping

Delivery estimates are set out in our shipping policy. Typical delivery time is 2–3 weeks. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns

Returns are accepted under the conditions in our returns policy, including a 30-day return window from delivery.

5. Product information

We work to keep descriptions and specifications accurate, but minor variations in color or packaging can occur. Products are covered by any statutory warranty applicable in your country.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
