Delivery time

Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, after which transit typically takes 10–18 days depending on your country and local customs processing. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost

A flat standard shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us at support@alyando.com and we'll investigate, reship, or refund.
