30-day return window

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to start a return

Email support@alyando.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll get an email confirmation when it's processed.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — including shipping.
